This includes maintaining and developing existing systems while identifying and analysing new system requirements. Acting as the key link between systems, programs, and clients, the Business Analyst ensures all reporting outputs meet program objectives and that field activities align with system capabilities.
In addition, this role gathers, documents, and analyses business insights to support data-driven decision-making. The Business Analyst will also develop accurate and comprehensive reporting outputs tailored to client needs. This position requires regular engagement with Diageo stakeholders and a proactive approach to improving program performance.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Data Analysis
· Deliver reporting solutions within budget and manage financial reports.
· Analyse monthly sales and category data to identify trends, market opportunities, and competitor insights.
· Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance strategy and drive business growth.
· Ensure 100% accuracy in performance reports, KPIs, and data submissions.
System & Program Development
· Maintain and develop program reporting platforms for optimal client solutions.
· Identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and add value to client business.
· Address reporting issues proactively to ensure campaign success.
· Align reporting solutions with program objectives and measurement frameworks.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
· Maintain strong communication with clients through regular updates, system enhancements, and KPI meetings.
· Present data insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
· Collaborate with internal and external teams to continuously refine reporting processes.
