Job Description:

• Strong domain expertise in Core Banking – account opening (main/sub accounts), local payment gateways (FAST/GIRO), and remittance processes (e.g., TT)
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end banking system flows and integrations
• Ability to analyze, document, and explain complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
• Work closely with business users, developers, and testers to ensure functional and technical alignment
• Hands-on experience in system analysis, data mapping, and troubleshooting issues across multiple systems
• Exposure to core banking platforms (e.g., T24, Finacle, Flexcube) is a plus
• Familiar with message formats like SWIFT, ISO20022, and local payment schemes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in Agile or hybrid project environments is advantageous
