We are looking for a talented Business Analyst, who will be involved in Product Offering and Services based on Business Information Data provided to B2B market through dedicated Portal.
Key Accountabilities:
- Managing the functional analysis and definition of the Software Requirements Specifications document and other project related documents.
- Supervising and managing the test planning, definition of test cases and related documentation, management and execution of user acceptance testing.
- Supervising and performing the preparation, contribution and documentation of the analysis activities (gap analysis / preliminary analysis / detailed analysis / impact analysis).
- Leading training sessions for end users.
- Tracking and reporting on project milestones ensuring deadlines are met.
- Understanding, innovating and collecting the business needs working as a liaison among business stakeholders, IT people, third-party vendors and clients in order to analyze, document and validate the business processes.
- Managing the envisioning process of new products and services whenever the business requirements are not fully clear or placed in a complex scenario.
- Participating in the pre-sales activities, presentation of the solutions/products to stake-holders.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or Engineering
- 1-3 years of working experience in projects focused on analysis and delivery of IT solutions to customers
- Experience in Web application projects, with focus on user experience, effective presentation of data and information
- Experience in processes and solutions in scenarios and applications of data transfer and data presentation
- Business Process Redesign and Workflow Design capabilities
- Strong technical aptitude, solid knowledge of web and digital technologies (SQL, XML, JSON, API, Web-Services, data structures, UX, UI)
- Strong knowledge of the Office Suite
- Knowledge of AGILE methodology and experience in the utilization of specific tools i.e. JIRA, Confluence
- Fluency in English (needed in order to deal with colleagues and stake-holders from different countries)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Negotiation, communication and team working skills (projects’ team peers are spread over the world)
- Team working skills and relational capabilities needed to interact with several external teams
