Branch FinanceManager Responsibilities:

• Collections account management
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend training classes & meetings
• Assist with credit origination
• Ensure proper deal jacket audit scores
• Assist with verifications
• Complete customer interviews

 Branch FinanceManager Requirements:

• First-party collections management experience
• Sub-prime experience is a plus
• Computer proficiency
• Customer service focus
• Leadership ability

Branch FinanceManager Work Hours:

• No Sundays
• 5-day work week schedule
• Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
• One weekend off a month
• Store hours: M-F 9-8, SAT 9-5
• 40-45 hours a week
• 2-3 nights until 8
