As we build our team, we are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter & HR Operations Manager to drive talent acquisition and ensure efficient HR operations.ResponsibilitiesLead the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent in IT, Product, and Operations.Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.Source candidates through various channels, including social media and niche platforms.Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit.Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and the candidate experience.Oversee onboarding, off-boarding, and performance management cycles.Maintain and optimise HR systems, including ATS.Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and labor law compliance. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.3+ years of IT, Product, and Operations hiring experience.Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms.Familiarity with ATS and HR systems.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.Exceptional organizational and communication skills.Fluent or native proficiency in both Russian & English.
