Apply NowWe are seeking a full-time Media Monitor with Italian language skills as part of our growing Media Intelligence team. The position will involve monitoring print, broadcast and online media for our key international clients’ campaigns across various territories, helping to deliver accurate coverage reports as well as maintaining strong relationships with both clients and suppliers.
The Role
· Monitor international media across various markets and media types
· Identify media to be captured and stored accordingly
· Read and evaluate press and online articles according to client needs and defined parameters
· Upload and categorise key television and radio clips in accordance with client brief
· Update internal database as required with details of media coverage found
· Create and deliver client reports to defined deadlines
· Prioritising key events, releases, and asset drops
· Provide first-class customer service in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, responding to client feedback and actioning solutions
· Be fully cross trained in other areas of the media intelligence team, assisting when required
Skills Required
As an individual you will be organised, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines. The successful applicant will have the ability to cope well under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to this, the applicant will demonstrate a good attention to detail and have the aptitude and determination to gain new skills and apply them quickly.
