We are seeking a dedicated and reliable 2nd Shift Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position involves maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and physical structures. The role requires performing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and ensuring that facilities are safe and operational. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team or independently.
Key Responsibilities:
◦ Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
◦ Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on a variety of equipment.
◦ Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
◦ Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
◦ Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment.
◦ Respond promptly to maintenance calls from other departments.

◦ High school diploma or equivalent.
◦ Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC’s a plus
◦ 2 to 3 years of proven experience in maintenance work, preferably in a food
manufacturing environment.
◦ Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
◦ Ability to work 2nd shift hours (typically 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM) and some weekends.
