- Ensures smooth operations across all bar outlets, with drinks prepared and served according to company standards. Anticipates and responds to guest needs, resolving complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinates and communicates beverage-related details for Banquet Event Orders (BEO), ensuring all events are executed smoothly and consistently.
- Monitors stock levels, ensuring accuracy in stock-taking and that all items are within expiry dates. Oversees spoilage reporting and product transfers between outlets according to company policy.
- Prepares mise-en-place in accordance with bar standards and ensures that cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout all bar areas.
- Ensures the department complies with all legal and safety regulations, including health and safety, fire safety, licensing, and employment requirements.
- Guides and supports the bar team by providing clear direction, coaching, and feedback. Encourages teamwork, addresses performance issues when necessary, and fosters a positive working environment.
- Communicates effectively with other departments, attends required meetings, and supports the resort’s sustainability program through participation, education, and sharing of improvement ideas.
- Has experience in a Similar position at a 5 star resort
