Full-Time BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst NeededJoin our dedicated women owned company! We are a team at Boston Speech Therapy, where we truly value your expertise and commitment!Compensation: $80/hourPosition: Full-time, School-based (K-12)2025-2026 school yearWe are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in collaboration with teachers and support staff to help foster positive behavior and learning outcomes for our students. This role focuses on developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans while collaborating with educators to ensure effective strategies are used within the classroom environment. This is a 1099 contract one year long positionKey Responsibilities:Conduct behavioral assessments to identify individual student needs.Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student progress.Provide training and support to teachers and staff on behavior management techniques.Collect, analyze, and report data on student behavior and intervention effectiveness.Ensure compliance with school policies and state regulations regarding behavior interventions. Qualifications:Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldCurrent BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a school setting or with children/adolescentsStrong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and interventionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teamsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in data collection and analysis tools Contract- 1099$80/HR
