City Wide Facility Solutions of Jacksonville is seeking outgoing, dynamic individuals interested in developing a sales career to join our B2B sales team. If you have a “can-do” attitude and a strong drive to succeed, this job is for you.

Successful candidates will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a consistent work ethic. You will have the ability to work independently with minimal direction and will collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to drive sales strategies.

This position includes a base salary of $ $50,000 and includes commissions based on sales in territory. Successful Sales Execs with City Wide exceed 6 figures within our uncapped compensation plan!

-First Year earner typically achieves $75,000 - $85,000

-2nd Year Earners typically achieves $110,000+

Essential functions

·        Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

·        Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

·        Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

·        Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

·        Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

·        Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through effective communication and customer service.
  • Conduct outbound and warm calls to identify new sales opportunities and promote products.
  • Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance business development efforts.

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:
