Assistant Purchasing

to join our dynamic team. The Assistant Purchasing will play a key role in supporting the purchasing department by assisting with the procurement of goods and services for our luxury hotels, ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers for various products and services.
• Coordinate and process purchase orders while maintaining accurate records.
• Support the procurement team with supplier negotiations and management.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock control efforts.
• Assist in researching market trends and product availability.
• Help maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best service.
• Prepare and maintain reports on purchasing activity and inventory levels.
• Assist in compiling data for budgeting and forecasting.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in purchasing or procurement is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management practices.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the purchasing field.
