Assistant Financial Controller

to join our dynamic team. This role will support the financial management and reporting processes for our portfolio of hotels, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining accurate financial records.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Help in the management of accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Coordinate and prepare for audits.
• Assist in training and developing junior accounting staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
