The Assistant Director of Finance will collaborate closely with the Director of Finance to ensure the hotel's financial success.Key Responsibilities:✅ Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing financial reports, profit and loss statements, and variance analyses to support decision-making.✅ Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the development of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, ensuring alignment with operational goals.✅ Accounting Oversight: Maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.✅ Revenue & Expense Monitoring: Track key financial metrics, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend process improvements.✅ Audit & Compliance: Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.✅ Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with operational leaders to provide financial insights that drive business performance.✅ System & Process Optimization: Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements for greater efficiency.
