Job Title: Appointment Setter – Industrial SalesLocation: RemoteDepartment: SalesReports To: Sales ManagerType: Full-TimePosition Summary:The Appointment Setter will be responsible for initiating contact with potential industrial clients, identifying decision-makers (Operations Managers, Plant Managers, HR leaders), generating qualified leads, and setting up meetings for the Sales Manager. This is a key business development role requiring strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to uncover opportunities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Outbound Prospecting: Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce our services.  Lead Generation: Research and build a pipeline of industrial prospects, including manufacturing plants, logistics facilities, and warehouse operations.  Qualification: Identify and engage the right decision-makers (Operations or HR leaders). Qualify prospects based on need, size, urgency, and alignment with our services.  Appointment Scheduling: Set up high-quality meetings for the Sales Manager that have a strong likelihood of converting into new business.  CRM Management: Track all activity in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate notes, contact information, and follow-up tasks.  Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager to understand feedback on scheduled appointments and adjust targeting as needed.  Continuous Improvement: Analyze success rates and adjust messaging and targeting for better results over time.
