As we continue to grow, we are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to our sales process, ensuring that leads are effectively managed and converted into opportunities.

Position Overview:

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for renewable energy, with a desire to contribute to our mission of making solar energy accessible to everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to gauge interest in solar energy solutions.
  • Qualify leads based on specified criteria and collect necessary information for effective follow-up.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring optimal use of their time and resources.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead information.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing initiatives to convert them into appointments.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and track conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion patterns to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in sales or customer service.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle rejection professionally.
  • Passion for renewable energy and a desire to educate others about solar solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity applications.
  • Experience with cold calling and setting appointments in a fast-paced environment.
