We seek a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our office's smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office correspondence.
  • Maintain and update company records and databases.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Provide support to team members and executives as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
