We are currently seeking a confident, driven, and organized Acquisitions Manager to help expand our acquisitions pipeline and support our internal team in reaching new heights.Position SummaryAs the Acquisitions Manager, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, nurturing, and managing property acquisition opportunities. You'll be the first point of contact for many sellers, working closely with our Acquisitions Specialists to set appointments, manage CRM data, and ensure timely follow-ups with leads. You’ll also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with investors, agents, and property owners throughout our network for the strategic sale of the acquired properties. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to inbound seller leads promptly via phone, email, and textSet qualified appointments for our Acquisitions Specialists to meet with property ownersFollow up with sellers post-appointment to assess motivation and move deals forwardUtilize and manage Salesforce CRM to track lead activity, schedule follow-ups, and update contact informationBuild and maintain relationships with property owners, local real estate agents, wholesalers, and investorsHelp identify new lead sources and creative acquisition strategiesWork collaboratively with internal teams to align on pipeline status and deal opportunitiesWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance-based bonusesOpportunity to grow within a fast-paced, high-performing teamOngoing training and mentorship from industry professionalsAccess to tools, resources, and a supportive company cultureNetworking opportunities with local agents, investors, and industry leaders Ideal Candidate Will Have:2+ years of experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or related fieldsStrong phone presence and confidence in handling sales conversationsProven ability to manage and nurture leads through a CRMExcellent follow-up and organizational skillsA strong understanding of residential real estate, either through investing, wholesaling, brokerage, or similar experienceHigh emotional intelligence and people skills – you know how to read a room and build rapportA self-starter attitude with a team-player mindsetFamiliarity with real estate investing or off-market property acquisition is a plus
