We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist to join our team. This role will focus primarily on Accounts Payable, with responsibility for managing bills, ensuring timely payments, and staying on top of collections for Accounts Receivable.

Role Description:

The AP/AR Specialist will play a key role in maintaining our day-to-day financial transactions, including processing vendor bills, issuing payments, and following up on customer payments. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled at managing multiple priorities

Job Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments
• Match purchase orders with bills and verify proper approvals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
• Prepare and execute payment runs (ACH, wires, checks, etc.)
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are current and accurate
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding accounts receivable
  Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain communication with vendors and clients regarding billing and payment inquiries
• Assist with month-end closing processes related to AP/AR
• Generate aging reports and support cash flow forecasting

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Experience with QuickBooks and Bill.com is a big plus
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
