  • Real-time processing of billing coming out of accounts for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Move from monthly to real-time billing of digital expenditure daily to all the platforms, pull down all the spending data, and investigate and resolve any discrepancies between planned and actual expenditures.
  • Prepare weekly reconciliation reports for review by financial management and the digital team.
  • Ensure client expenditures are accurately billed weekly by the digital and media team.
  • Collaborate with digital and finance team and accounting teams to maintain the accuracy of financial records.
  • Maintain the process so audits are in place.
  • Assist in the development of any reconciliation policies
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of reconciliation processes for audit purposes.
  • Communicate with customers, external vendors, and internal departments to address discrepancies and implement resolutions.
  • Monitor and control spending to ensure it aligns with planned budgets.
  • Support the CFO and Accountant with financial analyses and reporting.
  • Assist the Media Reconciler and Operations Team as needed to ensure seamless operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, account reconciliation, or a related field, preferably within a media or digital agency environment.
  • Proficiency in digital platform reconciliation (META, Google, TikTok, Snapchat) a plus but not required.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as MediaOcean – SMD & PF an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS office tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a knack for identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in preparing and maintaining detailed documentation for audits.
  • Experience in a media or advertising agency setting.
  • Familiarity with financial reconciliation in digital advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with Digital Platforms: META, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and research tools: LinkedIn and related platforms.
