Job Description

What you'll be doing- Accurately input and reconcile financial data into accounting systems and databases- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers- Support the team in basic accounting tasks, such as accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking- Perform general office duties and ensure compliance with company accounting policies- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and accounting efficiency What we're looking for- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data- Basic accounting knowledge, including familiarity with accounting principles and terminology- Proficiency in accounting software and standard office tools, such as Microsoft Excel- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
