The company is headquartered on a 10-acre campus in northern New Jersey.Who we are seeking Join our growing sales team at EarthCam, where an entrepreneurial spirit fuels success. We are seeking an Account Manager with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets. In this role, you will be building, managing and growing existing client relationships in the construction industry. Your goal will be to expand adoption of EarthCam’s software and services within a portfolio of assigned accounts by cold-calling, virtual meetings and demos. Responsibilities·         Establish, manage and grow strong professional relationships with assigned accounts·         Build, implement and manage accurate sales forecasts, project pipelines and business plans·         Take responsibility for regular monthly revenue delivery and tracking of key metrics·         Understand and apply market, industry and competitive knowledge to an account management strategy·         Collect and analyze consumer behavior data to understand changing needs·         Propose solutions and recommendations to support client requirements·         Prepare reports on account status·         Collaborate with regional sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned accounts·         Attend regular team meetings·         10-15% travel to visit clients as needed Who You are ·         An experienced B2B Account Manager·         Able to identify, critique, suggest and implement changes to client’s business optimization processes·         Self-motivator and able to thrive in a results-driven environment·         Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity·         Have exceptional planning and organizational skillsQualifications·         Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field·         Minimum 3-5 years of experience selling to large enterprise companies·         Experience selling to construction companies, developers and general contractors is a plus·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills ·         Strong analytics and organizational skills·         Strong negotiation skills What We OfferThe EarthCam package includes a base salary, uncapped commission, bonuses, benefits, and constant opportunities for development – designed to create an entrepreneurial, invigorating and satisfying environment.
