Job Description

We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You'll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop sales strategies to meet targets, close deals, and generate revenue.Prepare Quotations and Proposals: Create customized quotations and proposals based on client requirements.Follow-Up and Support: Provide after-sales support, address client inquiries, and ensure timely delivery of services or products.Report Management: Coordinate with internal teams to maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance reports. Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar service roleKnowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principlesOutstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Quickbook) is a plusExcellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationshipsOrganizational and time-management skillsA business acumenEnthusiastic and passionateBachelor's Degree in Accounting or related course
