In this role, you will become part of the Maestros team, which plays a critical part in client-facing activities, but is also responsible for delivering solutions to clients. You will participate in pre-sales activities as a matter and domain expert who understands client needs in-depth and can propose solutions, prototype them, and ensure high-quality delivery of the solutions.

Note: You must be located in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

As AI Tech Lead, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work with business leaders to identify problems that can be resolved using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies
• Use domain expertise to propose and prototype architecture for solutions
• Act as domain consultant on projects to ensure high-quality execution and deliverables
• Propose and participate in the selection of optimal team for a project
• Ensure AI ethics and other SecOps principles are properly implemented on projects
• Contribute to the improvement of Xenon’s assessment and delivery process
• Contribute to developing Xenon’s domain capabilities, content, and competitiveness

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Artificial Intelligence domain

• 6+ years of experience in AI roles or other relevant fields (AI, ML, Data Science)
• One or more domain expertise and practical experience in it e.g. GenAI in chat bots, navigation systems, process optimization in Manifacture, robotics, etc.
• Deep understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
• Deep knowledge of math, algorithms, and applied statistics, such as probability, distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
• High proficiency in pattern recognition and predictive modeling
• High proficiency in one or more statistical programming languages (Python, R, Scala, etc.)
• Extensive experience with machine learning toolkits (Keras, Pytorch, MLFlow, SciKit, etc.)
• Working knowledge of cloud-based computing environments and cloud data and ML services (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across many different stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Experience working on complex and large-scale projects
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence key stakeholders to make data-driven decisions
