Dedicated to building mission-driven technology solutions that empower organizations to scale their impact, we continue to expand our AI capabilities and are seeking a Tech Lead with deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and software engineering to spearhead AI-driven initiatives and build out a high-performing team.

Role Overview:

As the Tech Lead with an AI Focus, you will take ownership of all AI-related projects at Servant.io, from research and development to deployment and scaling. You will be responsible for hiring and leading a team of AI engineers, ensuring best practices in AI/ML, and integrating AI solutions into our product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• AI Leadership & Strategy
• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions across various products and services.
• Stay up to date with industry advancements and emerging AI technologies.

• Technical Execution
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI-powered applications.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI into existing systems.

• Team Building & Leadership
• Aid in hiring, mentoring, and managing a team of AI engineers.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices in AI/ML development.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Work closely with leadership to align AI initiatives with business goals.
• Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering
• 4+ years of AI, and/or machine learning.
• Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
• Proven ability to build and lead technical teams.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, MLOps, and AI ethics.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in mission-driven or faith-based technology organizations, or management consulting.
• Background in computer vision, NLP, or generative AI.
• Experience integrating AI with web, mobile, or gaming applications.
