About The Role

We are seeking a freelance 3D Artist Spline to work remotely, converting SketchUp architectural models into high-quality 3D Spline designs with accuracy and optimized performance for web viewing. This role involves applying materials, textures, and lighting, ensuring design integrity, and delivering finalized files on time. Job Responsibilities

• Convert SketchUp architectural models into precise 3D Spline designs
• Enhance visual quality while maintaining architectural accuracy
• Apply appropriate materials, textures, and lighting to models
• Optimize models for performance viewing in web
• Ensure timely delivery of files in the specified formats

• Proficient in SketchUp with 2+ years of experience
• Expert in 3D Spline modeling techniques and software (2+ years of experience)
• Experience with at least one of the following software Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or Cinema 4D
• Strong ability to maintain design integrity during model conversion
• Experience with texture mapping and material creation
• Knowledge of rendering techniques and lighting setups
• Upload portfolio of previous architectural visualization work is a plus
• Experience with creating optimized models for real-time viewing is a plus
